Diversity and Inclusion in the Investment Due Diligence Process

On the 20th of October KvinnoKapital, in cooperation with LGT Capital Partners and Impactus Partners held it’s first virtual event on the topic of “Diversity and Inclusion in the Investment Due Diligence Process”.

After a short introduction by Hanna Edström, LGT Capital Partners, Elena Espinoza from UN PRI discussed their upcoming Diversity, Equity and Inclusion framework. That was followed by a panel discussion with Nordic investor taking a lead in including gender topics in the DD process. The panel consisted of:

  • Ellinor Schrewelius, Investment Director, AP6
  • Fredrik Linton, Director Investment Operations & ESG, Swedfund
  • Susanne Bolin Gärtner, Head of Fund and Manager Selection, Danske Bank

The panel was moderated by Ulrika Robertsson, Impactus Partners. The topics ranged from questions around “Why should DNI be included in the DD process?” to more specifics around what type of questions to ask and what we as investors can consider as good today.
