She has held executive roles at companies like SBAB\, Microsoft\, Codan/Trygg-Hansa\, and Deutsche Bank. Known for transforming HR into a strategic business enabler\, Carina excels in culture-building\, leadership development\, and change management. As CHRO at SBAB\, she doubled staff size while earning the “HR Personality of the Year” award. At Microsoft\, she helped the company rank #1 in Sweden by Great Place to Work three years in a row. She now leads her own consultancy\, advising organizations on sustainable people strategies. Carina holds an Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
