The team oversees all aspects of these funds\, including fund governance\, product development\, risk management\, marketing\, operations\, and servicing of fund investors. \nPreviously\, Susanne was a business development manager on the European Relationship team and was responsible for Wellington Management’s sales and marketing efforts for institutional investors and consultant relationships in Germany and Austria. In this capacity\, she worked closely with Wellington Management’s investment professionals to customize investment solutions that meet the investment objectives of current and prospective clients. Susanne joined Wellington Management in the firm’s London office as a relationship manager\, where she was responsible for deepening relationships and developing consultative partnerships with continental European institutional and subadvisory clients. \nPrior to joining the firm\, Susanne worked for JPMorgan Investor Services in London as a business developer covering Germany\, Austria\, and Switzerland. She also worked in Frankfurt as head of wholesale sales for Asset Management in Germany\, where she was responsible for sales and service of pooled funds for institutional clients. Before that\, Susanne held various positions with Commerzbank Asset Management. \nSusanne studied business administration and economics at Philipps-Universität Marburg and Justus-Liebig-Universität in Gießen and graduated as Diplom-Kauffrau. Additionally\, she holds the Deutsche Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse und Anlageberatung (DVFA)/Chartered European Financial Analyst designation (CEFA). \nLiz Dhillon\, CFA\, Group Vice President of Institutional Client Service at Fisher Investments \nLiz Dhillon joined Fisher Investments in 2011 and leads all client servicing teams within the Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG). She is responsible for the management of the Relationship Managers and oversight of the Operational teams and initiatives aimed at enhancing our servicing efforts. In addition\, Liz serves as a Portfolio Specialist where she acts as a liaison between FI’s Investment Policy Committee and institutional clients and consultants; she is also an Advising Representative in Canada. \nBefore coming to FIIG\, Liz managed the Capital Markets Innovation team within the Research Department\, managed an organizational development analytics team within Global Human Capital\, and also was a relationship manager within the firm’s Private Client Group. \nPrior to joining Fisher Investments\, Liz was the Director of Investor Relations for a long/short equity hedge fund and started her career as a securities analyst at a buy-side research firm. She became a CFA Charterholder in 2003 and earned a bachelor of science in Finance from Arizona State University. Liz lives in Washington\, United States\, and is celebrating 20 years of marriage to her husband\, a fitness enthusiast\, and she is co-owner of their fitness studio\, Burntown Fitness.  In her free time\, you can find Liz hiking\, working out\, traveling or reading a good book. \nSeema Hingorani\, Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management \nSeema R. Hingorani is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). She is also a member of the Investment Management Operating Committee\, Chair of the Senior Advisory Board of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners\, a Senior Sponsor of Investment Management’s Diversity Council and a member of Morgan Stanley’s Diversity and Inclusion Senior Leaders Advisory Council. As part of the MSIM senior leadership team\, Seema is focused on strategic client relationships\, investment talent development and diversity initiatives across the platform. Seema joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has 27 years of investment experience. \nSeema is also the Founder and Chair of Girls Who Invest\, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership in the asset management industry. Previously\, Seema was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of SevenStep Capital\, an opportunistic investment platform focused on seeding women portfolio managers. Seema served until June 30\, 2014 as Chief Investment Officer for the New York City Retirement Systems which had assets of $160 billion. Previous to this appointment\, Seema was Interim Chief Investment Officer and before that Head of Public Equities & Hedge Funds for the pension funds. Under her leadership\, the pension fund was named Hedge Fund Manager of the Year – Large Public Pension Plans by Institutional Investor. Prior to Seema’s four years of public sector experience\, she served as Global Director of Fundamental Research at Pyramis Global Advisors; a Partner\, Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with hedge fund Andor Capital Management; a Partner and Senior Equity Analyst at hedge fund Pequot Capital Management; Co-founder of hedge fund Mirador Capital Management; and an Equity Analyst with T. Rowe Price. \nSeema has worked with several organizations focused on issues concerning women and girls and is a prolific speaker on the topic of a more robust inclusion of women in the corporate sector. She was awarded in 2021 the insignia of Chevalier of the National Order of the Legion of Honor by France. She was also recognized in 2021 as one of 100 most influential women in U.S. finance by Barron’s\, honored as the 2019 Bloomberg 50 “Ones To Watch”\, the 2016 Woman with Impact by the Connecticut Women’s Business Development Council\, and Wall Street Women Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by Traders magazine. Seema served as a member of the National Finance Committee of Secretary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential Campaign. She is an active member of The Economic Club of New York and 100 Women in Finance.
