With 24 years of board experience spanning organisations such as the Axel Johnson group\, HSB Arlanda\, and Norra Real\, Sara brings extensive governance expertise to her advisory work. \nSara co-founded and led Emersion Management as CEO for many years\, steering international expansion across Saudi Arabia\, Dubai\, the US\, and Sweden. Within two years\, she achieved the incredible feat of summiting Mount Kilimanjaro again\, this time equipped with two prosthetic limbs\, setting a world record and becoming a symbol of hope and relentless spirit. \nSarah’s story is further enriched by her pioneering role in advancing healthcare through technology. She joined Aviva from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) where she was Head of Financial Services and Corporate Governance. Marte holds an MSc in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She is the co-chair of the 30% Club Investor Group\, an advisor to Rosa UK\, a charity that funds grassroots women’s organizations\, and a mentor at the social accelerator Bethnal Green Ventures. \nMouna Esmaeilzadeh \nMedical doctor\, Brain scientist\, Entrepreneur\, Investor\, TV personality. Co-founder and Executive Chairman at Esmaeilzadeh Holding.\nEsmaeilzadeh was born in the capital of Iran\, Tehran\, where the family lived in hiding during her early years due to the political situation in the country. In 1983\, the situation became untenable\, and the family fled to Turkey and then to Sweden. After two months in a refugee camp in Flen\, the family settled in the Husby district of Stockholm. In 2009\, Mouna founded Scilife Clinic\, a private clinic that assesses people’s health and potential risk areas and then develops an action plan in Stockholm where Mouna developed a method called the “prevention triad”. It includes genetic testing\, lifestyle analysis\, and other medical diagnostic tests such as full-body scanning\, as well as other in-depth analyses resulting in an individual health profile. The clinic was later sold to Sturebadet. \nEsmaeilzadeh is a frequent guest on Swedish television\, including TV4’s Nyhetsmorgon\, where she often speaks about the future healthcare system and advocates for digitization and the use of modern technology such as artificial intelligence and genetics.\,In 2020\, Mouna founded Esmaeilzadeh Holding together with her brother Saeid Esmaeilzadeh\, which invests in unlisted\, long-term\, and niche companies. She has organised events for Pride\, hosted celebrations for LGBT+ history month\, prolifically spoken up about coming out at work during Lesbian Visibility Week\, and brought UK Black Pride into conversation with Capital Group’s internal communities- ‘Capital Group Pride’ and “Capital Associates of African Descent”. \nExternally\, Julie is a major donor to OutRight Action International\, a supporter of the Albert Kennedy Trust to combat LGBT+ youth homelessness\, and she holds a seat on the leadership team of InterInvest which helps further LGBT+ interests across the investment industry. Julie has also won multiple awards for her LGBT+ advocacy (finalist Diversity Champion at the Investment Week Women in Asset Management Awards for the last 3 years\, listed in Yahoo Finance Top 100 LGBT Executives\, and LGBT Great Role Model). \n  \nSonya Likhtman\, Manager Engagement and Stewardship\, Federated Hermes \nSonya Likhtman works in EOS\, the stewardship and engagement team at Federated Hermes. She is also the lead engager for the Biodiversity Equity Fund and the author of a white paper called “Our Commitment to Nature”. Hingorani is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). She is also a member of the Investment Management Operating Committee\, Chair of the Senior Advisory Board of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners\, a Senior Sponsor of Investment Management’s Diversity Council and a member of Morgan Stanley’s Diversity and Inclusion Senior Leaders Advisory Council. As part of the MSIM senior leadership team\, Seema is focused on strategic client relationships\, investment talent development and diversity initiatives across the platform. Seema joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has 27 years of investment experience. \nSeema is also the Founder and Chair of Girls Who Invest\, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership in the asset management industry. Previously\, Seema was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of SevenStep Capital\, an opportunistic investment platform focused on seeding women portfolio managers. Seema served until June 30\, 2014 as Chief Investment Officer for the New York City Retirement Systems which had assets of $160 billion. Previous to this appointment\, Seema was Interim Chief Investment Officer and before that Head of Public Equities & Hedge Funds for the pension funds. Under her leadership\, the pension fund was named Hedge Fund Manager of the Year – Large Public Pension Plans by Institutional Investor. Prior to Seema’s four years of public sector experience\, she served as Global Director of Fundamental Research at Pyramis Global Advisors; a Partner\, Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with hedge fund Andor Capital Management; a Partner and Senior Equity Analyst at hedge fund Pequot Capital Management; Co-founder of hedge fund Mirador Capital Management; and an Equity Analyst with T. Rowe Price. \nSeema has worked with several organizations focused on issues concerning women and girls and is a prolific speaker on the topic of a more robust inclusion of women in the corporate sector. She was awarded in 2021 the insignia of Chevalier of the National Order of the Legion of Honor by France. She was also recognized in 2021 as one of 100 most influential women in U.S. finance by Barron’s\, honored as the 2019 Bloomberg 50 “Ones To Watch”\, the 2016 Woman with Impact by the Connecticut Women’s Business Development Council\, and Wall Street Women Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by Traders magazine. Seema served as a member of the National Finance Committee of Secretary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential Campaign. She is an active member of The Economic Club of New York and 100 Women in Finance.
