DESCRIPTION:KvinnoKapital\, in partnership with T.Rowe Price\, warmly welcome you to join a discussion on the theme\n \nThe Intersectional Nature of Diversity\nWhy is it important to develop a more holistic approach to gender and inclusion?\n Within this theme we will discuss an intersectional perspective on gender equality\, the importance of a broader thinking when it comes to personal development and finally how as female role models we can help to drive organizations toward more diverse perspectives. \nTo discuss these questions we have invited a panel of four speakers to share their different perspectives on this important issue: \nElizabeth Uviebinene\, co-author of the aptly named ‘black girl bible’\, Slay in Your Lane\, will discuss some of the topics covered in the book\, such as the obstacles women from ethnic minorities face and how she has overcome these \nStina Powell\, a researcher on Gender and Equality within institutions at SLU in Uppsala\, will provide her academic perspective on equity and inclusion \nUrsula Nyquist\, behavioural and thought coach from Amazing Leaders\, will provide some possible solutions and tools for individuals hoping to create change and input from a coach perspective \nThe discussion will be facilitated by Nataline Terry\, Head of Marketing at T.Rowe Price. \nA light lunch will be provided along with time to network over a coffee following the event.
