Her Rich Thinking® global research papers quote smart women from all ages\, professions and countries and are released annually on International Women’s Day\, March 8.  Barbara is a columnist for CFA Institute\, Canadian Money Saver\, and Golden Girl Finance. She is also on the Advisory Board of Kensington Capital Partners in Toronto. \nBarbara is a keynote speaker for CFA Societies\, banks and stock exchanges around the world\, and conducts interview driven research for financial institutions in Canada and globally.  \n\nAbout Sheila Wang\nProfessor Sheila Wang is a business leader in the US and Asia and brings a unique East-meets-West business and academia perspective. She initiated and built Singapore’s first experiential learning program for MBAs\, launching and helming the flagship Management Practicum experiential learning program for the National University of Singapore. Her students have had the opportunity to work alongside corporate C-suite leaders across 12 industries spanning Asia\, Europe and the US. \nSheila also teaches MBAs and Executives on Operations Leadership and was the recipient of the NUS Teaching Excellence Award. \nPrior to joining academia\, Sheila held business leadership roles in the Silicon Valley and in Asia Pacific\, serving as the Director of Asia Pacific and later the Worldwide Director of a US$ 2billion-dollar operation for Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. Prior to co-founding Cubera in 2006\, Kine worked at Argentum Fondinvesteringer\, a Norwegian government enterprise that participates as a minority owner in private equity funds. Sandra graduated from the Universita del Aquila in Italy in 1991 and completed both a MSc and PhD at the University of Notre Dame in the U.S. in 1996.
