We bring together groups of 5–6 members to foster deeper connections\,\nexpand networks within our industry and spark meaningful inspiration. \nThis year we give the opportunity to sign up for groups related to your specific role in\nasset management for those who prefer more specific discussions related to challenges\nin your day-to-day work. \nWhile these lunches often lead to valuable professional relationships\, we want to\nemphasise that they are not intended as opportunities to pitch products or services.\nInstead\, they are designed to cultivate genuine dialogue\, trust and mutual support. \nYour engagement matters\nThe success of our lunch groups depends on the active participation of every member.\nWe encourage you to contribute to the discussions\, share experiences and exchange\nknowledge as well as prioritise the lunches once they are scheduled. \nHow it works?\nEach group will have one member responsible for coordinating the first lunch. After that\nthe responsibility can rotate. We recommend scheduling all lunches for the year either\nduring your first gathering or at each lunch and that you carry out planned lunches even\nif some members need to cancel. \nYou will be informed about your group and your first coordinator by January 16th. \nWhen and where do we meet?\nThis is up to each group. However\, we strongly encourage meeting at least twice per\nquarter to fulfil the purpose of the initiative: building relationships and expanding your\nindustry network. \nWhat do we talk about?\nThe agenda is yours to shape. Suggested themes include: – Challenges and\nexperiences related to your role in asset management – Career development and\nadvancement – Professional and personal investment perspectives – Market trends and\nindustry insights. \nIf your discussions generate ideas that could help KvinnoKapital develop and better\nserve its members\, we would be delighted to hear them. \nPlease take a moment to ensure that your profile on KvinnoKapital homepage is up to date. This helps us assign you to the most relevant group. Your new lunch group will be organised and announced shortly after the deadline. \n(Pilot) Lunch Labs in 2026\nIn 2026 we will introduce a new lunch group concept named Lunch Labs\, it is for\nmembers who want deeper and more focused discussions alongside the regular lunch\ngroups. \nEach Lunch Lab may explore a specific theme or role-based topic\, for example AI in\nfinance\, sustainable investing or new developments linked to particular role category in\nasset management. A pre-selected moderator with strong passion and established\nknowledge or experience in the topic will inspire and guide the discussion\, keep it\nrelevant and ensure the session is effective\, while everyone can still enjoy a pleasant\nlunch. \nLunch Labs will operate much like the regular lunch groups\, with the added benefit of a\nmoderator to provide structure and depth. She joined from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan\, where she was a portfolio manager responsible for the plan’s active investments in emerging markets and European credit. Nachu started her career at JPMorgan in London as a sell-side analyst where she spent 13 years covering\, firstly\, European high yield and investment grade and then CEEMEA credit. Nachu graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Economics and is a CFA charterholder. \n\n\n\n\n\nAnita Rana\nPrincipal\, Portfolio Management Group\, Hamilton Lane \nAnita is a Principal in the Portfolio Management Group\, based in the firm’s London office\, where she focuses on leading portfolio management and research efforts in EMEA. Prior to joining the firm in 2024\, Anita was a Vice President at BlackRock where she held several roles specializing in multi-asset private markets portfolio management across closed-end and evergreen products\, portfolio construction\, research and analytics. She began her career as an analyst at BlackRock in 2014. Anita received a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also a CAIA charterholder. \n\n\n\n\n\nSara Strömgren Yousef\nBusiness strategist\, Tech and AI \nSara Strömgren Yousef is an investor and senior advisor at Wicked Angel\, where she leads growth and business development work across portfolio companies. Sara also coaches founders and leadership teams on how to scale their businesses. With 24 years of board experience spanning organisations such as the Axel Johnson group\, HSB Arlanda\, and Norra Real\, Sara brings extensive governance expertise to her advisory work. \nSara co-founded and led Emersion Management as CEO for many years\, steering international expansion across Saudi Arabia\, Dubai\, the US\, and Sweden.
