DESCRIPTION:At last\, it’s this time of the year again! You can finally sign for a lunch group with fellow Kvinnokapital ladies. \nThis will be the fifth year we organise these lunches in smaller groups of 4-5 people for us all to get to know each other better\, to inspire and to be inspired. We are happy to see that the number of participants has increased steadily\,  last time we were nine different groups with more than 40 people in total. \nTake the opportunity now to sign up for a new group in 2019 and get to know even more people. \nHow does it work?\nAt the beginning of April\, you will find out what group you are part of. One person in each group will be responsible for arranging the first lunch and emailing everyone. \nWhere do we meet?\n\nIt’s entirely up to you! \n\nWhat do we talk about?\n\nThe only rule is that you are there to get to know each other\, build connections and mostly have fun! DESCRIPTION:Välkommen på en lunchträff med Miyuki Kashima den 27 september och ta del av hennes erfarenheter och utmaningar att som kvinna i Japan träda in i den mycket konservativa finansvärlden. \nMiyuki är ansvarig för BNY Mellons Japanska aktieteam i Tokyo och var en av de första kvinnliga portföljförvaltarna och teamcheferna i Japan. Hon förvaltar en strategi\, tillsammans med sin kollega Makiko Togari\, som fokuserar på Womenomics\, dvs kort och gott enligt filosofin att bolag med fler kvinnor i ledningen och till och med ledda av kvinnor överavkastar andra bolag ledda av enbart män. \nNär Miyuki blev chef första gången så var alla i teamet män och hälften var äldre än hon själv. I en kultur fokuserad på senioritet och som jämställdhetsmässigt knappt är snäppet bättre än Saudi Arabien (enligt en rapport från McKinsey) så kan man ju tänka sig att detta var en intressant upplevelse och en tuff utmaning… \nWomenomics är ett mycket intressant fenomen i Japan\, pådrivet av Japans premiärminister Shinzo Abe. Abes fokus på att jämna ut den demografiska ojämlikheten har resulterat i en allt starkare kvinnlig närvaro på arbetsmarknaden. Det visar sig även att det finns investeringsmöjligheter i detta genom att investera i bolag som utmärker sig när det gäller kvinnlig närvaro. \nVarmt välkommen på detta mycket intressanta föredrag! \nTitta på vilka som har registrerat sig här.

Luncherna har varit mycket uppskattade med många som vill vara med. \nNätverksluncherna innebär: \n\n       en möjlighet för dig att bredda ditt nätverk genom att luncha med kvinnor som du inte känner så väl\n       en person utses till sammankallande och får till ansvar att bestämma dag och tid\n       vill man ses flera gånger så är det självklart inget som hindrar det…\n\nOm du tycker att det här låter intressant och vill bli en del av en sådan lunch registrerar dig till den här event\, senast den 30 april. Därefter kommer alla bli tilldelade en grupp om fyra till fem personer. En i gruppen utses till ansvarig för att boka dag\, tid och plats och för att bjuda in de andra – förslagsvis innan sommaren.
