Ten years ago, a group of incredible women came together to form KvinnoKapital, a network that was built on the foundation of empowerment, solidarity, and shared dreams. Over the past decade, we have grown into a group of over 300 women that have supported and celebrated each other’s successes and navigated challenges together.

We invite you to join us for an evening filled with inspiring stories, connecting with old and new friends and of course celebration!

We are honoured to present our keynote speaker, Jina Zachrisson, Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and author of the book “Maktskifte? Equality according to the female business elite”. Jina will share her reflections and conclusions from interviews with around fifty female power holders regarding equality at the management level, how women can help themselves, and what we can learn from men. She will also shed light on what employers and society can do to increase gender equality in business and address the root of the problem. Her insights promise to be a thought-provoking and enlightening experience.
