Mette Herlitz
Since joining the organization in 2007, Mette has facilitated hundreds of leadership training programs worldwide, and helped numerous organizations transform their workplace cultures from dysfunctional to productive. With extensive experience in driving cultural change and implementing new ways of working, Mette brings a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. She has a background as a teacher and founded a Stockholm-based school in 2011, specializing in music and dance.
