About the Speaker

Cleo Chang is Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Solutions for American Century Investments, an independent, privately controlled asset management firm.

As Head of Investment Solutions, Cleo is the firm’s most senior investment management executive responsible for setting the strategic direction of American Century’s alternative investments and exchange-traded fund initiatives. Additionally, she helps develop competitive and forward-looking proprietary and third-party sub-advised investment solutions. Cleo also oversees the firm’s investment communications and client portfolio management teams. She is a member of American Century’s Management Committee, a senior leadership team responsible for establishing and executing strategic priorities.
