Mentorship is a great way for individuals to grow both in their personal and professional lives. A mentorship can be very rewarding both for the mentee and for the mentor.
The objective of the KvinnoKapital mentorship program is to give guidance to young women in the financial industry around their career and personal goals. Through this unique opportunity they will get connected with a senior female business leader. Often mentoring happens within the same company. With this mentor program we offer mentoring beyond the limits of specific corporations.
Mentees: Have you been working in the financial industry for a few of years? Have you often wished that you had someone to discuss and help you navigate the many opportunities that exists? Then this is the opportunity for you to get some guidance around your career.
Mentor: In addition to being a positive guiding force, you can provide guidance and perspectives on essential career skills, industry insight resources, and career planning.
Format: We recommend to meet with your mentee on a regular basis, at least monthly throughout the year. It can be a mix of physical and virtual meetings. Below some further details.

Mentees will be paired with senior women in leadership roles within the financial industry who will be available to offer advice and guidance that can be crucial in their early career. |
| Format | KvinnoKapital board members will do the matching of mentors and mentees. There will be some guidance at the beginning and throughout the program, but to a large extent it’s up the individual pairs to make this a success. |
