Together with Lynx Asset Management, we had a lunch today with the theme Leadership in Change. Lynx offers leadership training with TUFF Leadership Training for all their managers and potential managers, and during this lunch, we got a sneak peek with Mette Herlitz from TUFF Leadership Training in a presentation on the same theme.
The importance of listening, giving direct feedback without sugarcoating it so the message gets through, and understanding where a person is in the emotional curve were some of the key takeaways from this inspiring and insightful lunch.
