After a successful 2023 launch of the KvinnoKapital Mentorship Program, applications are now open for the 2024/ 2025 cohort! The programme is cross-company specific and targets mentors and mentees active in the asset management industry or related industries in the Nordics.
Mentorship can be a great way for mentors and mentees to grow both professionally and personally through a trusted cross-company mentorship relationship. The purpose of the KvinnoKapital Mentorship Program is to give guidance and support to less experienced members around their career and personal goals. Through this unique opportunity, the mentee will get connected with a more experienced female business leader which in turn may gain an equal amount from the experience.
Mentees: Have you been working in the financial industry for a few of years? Have you wished that you had someone to discuss and help you navigate the many opportunities that exists? Then this is the opportunity for you to get some guidance around your career to inspire to further growth.
Mentor: In addition to being a positive guiding force, you can inspire and provide perspectives on essential career skills, industry insight resources, and career planning.
Format: We recommend to meet – in person or virtually – with your mentee on a regular basis, as soon as possible after the mentor mentee matching is done and at least monthly throughout the year.
