Diversity and Inclusion in the Investment Due Diligence Process

October 20, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Kvinnokapital, in partnership with LGT Capital Partners and Impactus Partners, is very happy to invite you to a discussion around diversity and inclusion in the investment due diligence process.

According to a recent report published by Morningstar, only 14% of fund managers were women as of the end of 2019, a proportion unchanged since 2000. Another report from Knight Foundation showed that firms owned by women and minorities manage just 1.3% of the $69 trillion under management in the U.S. financial-services industry. This cannot be sustainable or optimal for our industry!

Join us for an in-depth discussion on this crucial topic.

  • Why is diversity in investment management important?
  • How can Investors with their deep pockets of money drive positive change?

The PRI will open the session with an overview on the global development and provide practical guidelines on diversity in the due diligence process. Five Nordic institutional investors and seasoned fund selectors will then share their own perspectives and tell us how they have been able to drive change so far.
