Yesterday, KvinnoKapital hosted our annual Hello and Goodbye event to both conclude the 2024/2025 Mentorship Program and welcome the new participants of the 2025/2026 program. This year, we are proud to have 13 mentor–mentee pairs embarking on the journey together.
We were delighted to be joined by Carina Eriksson, founder of Realizing Potential AB. With her deep experience in leadership, culture, and organizational transformation, Carina shared valuable insights on how to build sustainable people strategies and create impact through values-driven leadership.
The evening brought together mentors and mentees from both the outgoing and incoming programs. It was a chance to reflect on lessons learned, celebrate achievements, and set the stage for the year ahead. The energy in the room was inspiring, with engaging discussions and meaningful connections across generations of participants.
We extend a warm thank you to Carina for her contribution, and to everyone who joined us in making the event such a success. We look forward to following the journeys of our new mentor–mentee pairs during the year ahead!
