Ingrid Albinsson
Ingrid Albinsson is an experienced investment executive with a strong background in pension investment management and asset management across both private and public organizations. She has held leadership roles focused on sustainable performance and business development, emphasizing a goal-driven and learning-oriented culture. Ingrid is currently Vice Chairman of the Board at The Second Swedish National Pension Fund (AP2) and serves on the boards of Nasdaq Stockholm AB and PRI Pensionsgaranti, where she is also a member of the credit committee. Additionally, she is an advisor to the investment committee at The Knowledge Foundation.
Emmy Sendow
Emmy Sendow is the Managing Director of GAIN Sweden, a non-profit foundation dedicated to improving gender diversity in investment management. With a mission to inform, inspire, and empower young female and non-binary students, GAIN works to drive meaningful change in an industry where women remain underrepresented. With a background in senior roles at Söderberg & Partners, stoEr Technologies, and Avanza Bank, Emmy has extensive experience in financial services, digital transformation, and customer experience. She has led strategic initiatives to enhance adviser platforms, streamline mortgage processes, and drive product innovation.
Anna Erman Ojde
Anna Erman Ojde is the Head of Marketing and Communication at Danske Bank Sweden and a member of the bank’s Executive Management Group. She leads strategic communication efforts across Sweden and oversees business customer communications across the Nordic region. Her expertise includes financial communications, ESG communication, public affairs, branding, and digital marketing.
With a background in senior marketing leadership roles at Nordea Markets, Nasdaq Europe, and other financial institutions, Anna has extensive experience in digital transformation, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement. She is recognized for driving innovative communication strategies that enhance corporate visibility and business impact.
Susanne Spector
Susanne Spector is the Chief Economist at Danske Bank Sweden. She has extensive experience in both economic policy and market analysis, having spent eight years at Nordea, most recently as Head of Macro Research for Sweden.
Prior to that, she worked as an economist at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, focusing on labor market and economic policy issues. Susanne holds a PhD in Labor Economics from Uppsala University and has contributed to academic and policy research through her affiliation with IZA – Institute of Labor Economics. She has also held advisory roles in government inquiries, providing expertise on macroeconomic trends and labor market issues.

Barbara Stewart, CFA
Barbara Stewart is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 33 years of investment industry experience; five years as a foreign currency trader, more than two decades as a portfolio manager for high net worth entrepreneurs, and for the past eight years doing interview-driven research for multiple global financial institutions.
Barbara is a keynote speaker for CFA Societies, banks, stock exchanges and industry conferences globally, and she is a columnist for CFA Institute, Canadian Family Offices and Canadian Money Saver magazine. She is on the Advisory Board of Kensington Capital Partners and also is the Ambassador for the Kensington Women’s Forum.
