Yesterday, KvinnoKapital, in collaboration with CFA Women in Finance, hosted an inspiring after work event for our members. The evening featured a dynamic workshop led by Sara Almgren, founder of DEB. Sara led an insightful and interactive workshop that highlighted the complexity of wearing multiple leadership hats, the importance of clearly understanding the owner’s directive, and how boardroom diversity not only drives better decisions but ensures that every participant brings — and gains — real value beyond just being present.
We also enjoyed drinks, delicious nibbles, and great conversations on the beautiful terrace at Hermelin & Friends on Kungsgatan, where the event was held. The setting, with its stunning views and summer weather, was perfect for continued discussion and networking!
Thank you to all our members for joining us yesterday, and to Jenny Hermelin for hosting!
